Tom SeabourneTom Seabourne, Ph.D. exercise science, two-time All-American, member of the United States Taekwondo Team, and National International AAU Taekwondo Champion. He was an ESPN Professional Karate Association full-contact karate winner, varsity tennis player at Penn State, and USPTA tennis pro.

Tom currently holds 4 ultra-distance cycling world records and finished in the top ten in the Race Across America (RAAM).

Tom is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Cooper Clinic, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Seabourne is also a master trainer for Keiser Corporations Power Pacing program and kickboxing through The American Institute of Fitness Educators (AIFE). He traveled to 40 major cities in 2002 providing conferences and expos on topics including women and metabolism, awesome abs, lower back programs, strength training for women, innovative power, strength training for older adults, sport psychology, mind / body unity, athletic programming, exercise analysis, fitness updates, programs for children and programming for the shoulder and the knee.

  • Taekwondo: Two-time All-American, two-time member of the United States Taekwondo Team Pan American Champion (twice), North American Champion (twice), ESPN Professional Karate Association full-contact karate winner, runner up in the World Taekwondo Championships.
